Wholemeal Banana Cake

1.5 cups wholemeal flour

0.5 cups wheatgerm

3           teaspons baking powder

75kg      butter

2           large ripe bananas (mashed)

3    eggs

0.5  cups sugar

0.5  cups water (or cream or milk)

some optional cocoa flour

Place wholemeal flour, wheatgerm, baking powder and butter in a food processor and blend until butter rubbed through dry ingredients. Add mashed bananas, eggs, sugar and water. Blend to combine.

Transfer cake mixture into prepared (based lined with greasproof paper and greased) ring tin, and spread out evenly. Bake 35minutes at 160C. Once cool, store in refrigerator.
