St Tropez Restaurant

It's one of the best dinners I had in New Zealand so far.
As the french girl (my flat mate) commented on this,"oh, it's so french, I love it."
I have not been to France yet, but I do like their french songs and the decorations that they put on the wall around the restaurant. What's most, the beautiful food~ They are not just tasty food, they are art I believe.
Her colleague even bought the expensive french champagne to celebrate the particular day.
Oh,why not, it's her birthday~
Now, I am stuffed. Let me think what I had for tonight.
ENTREES
Scallops Grilled & wrapped in Streaky Bacon, Provencale Rice, Chablis Cream Sauce  ~ Coquilles St Jacques
MAINS
Lamb Casserole w Bacon, Onion, Mushroom, Rice Creole OR Pomme Puree ~  Blanquette d'Agneau
Special
Birthday dessert with a birthday card which is made of white chocolate and writings in dark chocolate~

It's really a wonderful day, what a miracle! You know, her colleague's daughter was born the same day and same month as mine. How coincident could be~ However, we are 20 years difference. Her daughter is only 3 years old now:)

Oh, such a pity I did not record all the yummy dishes I ate with my other friend (such as with mandy and James). I was too busy to do that. Now I am kind of free to do so because I am graduated. Yahoo!!~

Anyway, got job to do tomorrow.

This's their website, check it out:

Rebekah's birthday

Hurrah, I finished my 3-week part-time job at NZ Post this Friday, and now I start to come back to my life. Actually I could not complain of the encumbrance too much since the money they paid doesn't look so bad.

Anyway, there is a birthday party at my first homestay house---my kiwi little sister turns to 5 years old today. The first day I walked into the house was 36 months ago, and she was only 2 years old and even could not say my name properly at that time. Gee, now she can dance and sing, what's more, she could play piano somehow.  Everybody bought some lovely presents for her, so do I. I gave her a birthday card which was made of chocolate with her name and some colourful star-sharp lollies on it. I created it this morning .

Here is the moment that touched me when my kiwi Mum and Dad began to read the letter for their daughter. It was all about the memorible things of her growing: helping the older brother gardening, reading the books for the younger brother, very impressive to remember all the relatives's home phone numbers and forth. What a being loved girl! How wonderful parents she got~ Nearly cry for this picture in some way...

In a word, it has been a awesome party with heaps of fun games (even I got some small reward gifts as a winner of some games! lalalala~).

East, West, Home is Best! Here, they are my home
